Verification of construction work reports for contract compliance, monitoring of agreed completion deadlines and preparation and continuous updating of construction cost statements.
8. Acceptance & handover
Expert final inspection of the building for flawless execution of all trades and handing over to the client.
9. Approvals & documentation
Acquisition of the public permits required for use: including building completion certificate from the municipality, habitability certificate from the Balearic Islands, registration in the cadastral and land registry office and preparation of the notarial new building declaration.
10. Supply contracts & advice after completion
Conclusion of all necessary supply contracts such as electricity, water, gas, telecommunications. Even after the project has been completed, we are available to advise you with our local network.
