Als Volljurist (Ass. iur.) war er von 1997 bis 2013 als Projektmanager auf den Balearen bei der Firma Promoconsult S.A. tätig. Von 2013 bis 2020 fungierte er als Mitinhaber und Geschäftsführer von Rasten & Woltz S.L. sowie First Line Mallorca Immobilien C.B. Seit 2020 ist er Gründer und Geschäftsführer von Rasten Project Management S.L.
Von 2017 bis 2019 lag der Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit auf Kundenbetreuung, Projektsteuerung und Real Estate bei Rasten & Woltz S.L. sowie First Line Mallorca Immobilien C.B. Seit 2020 ist er Co-Gründer und Co-Inhaber von Rasten Project Management S.L. – API zertifizierter Immobilienmakler
